Herdmate ships worldwide from Canada using express courier services, including DHL and FedEx.

All prices displayed on our website include applicable import duties and tariffs. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay. There are no additional charges upon delivery.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We use electronic trade documentation to support efficient customs clearance. In rare cases, customs processing may result in delays beyond our control. Tracking information provided by the courier is generally accurate and updated regularly.
