SECTION 8 - RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 28 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags must be intact
- Original packaging must be included
Due to hygiene standards for baby products, items that have been used cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Import duties and taxes included in your original purchase are non-refundable.
Refunds and exchanges are processed after inspection of returned items.
SECTION 9 - HYGIENE & SAFETY
Our products are designed for babies and young children. For safety and hygiene reasons, used or washed items cannot be returned. Always follow care and safety instructions provided with the product.
